Trio Cooking features ridiculously simple recipes designed for people who hate cooking as much as I do. I hate buying groceries, I really hate cooking, and I positively loathe cleaning dishes. But I still want to eat fairly healthy, and I’ve never been able to find a diet, nutrition program, or eating plan that’s simple enough to work for me, so I decided to create my own.

The meals I plan to show you this website will all be absurdly simple. Minimal ingredients, minimal cooking time, and minimal clean-up.

This website will also feature lots of smoothie recipes because smoothies taste great, are a breeze to make, and are super healthy.
